DAYS 1-10 (THE CLEANSE)

Proper absorption of nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals is essential to maintaining a healthy body. However, periodic lifestyle changes may generate the need for a “fresh start” – that’s where the Cleanse Phase comes in. In conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise, you will rid your body of toxins and prepare your body to better absorb nutrients.* This isn’t the kind of cleanse where you drastically reduce calories or consume only liquids – this is the beginning of a healthier lifestyle!*

DAYS 11-24+ (THE MAX PHASE) 

This is a simple eating plan that focuses on establishing a healthy lifestyle and creating habits to last long beyond the Challenge. You will eat Lean Proteins, Fruits, Vegetables and Complex Carbs to give your body the nutrition it needs to operate at its max potential.*

This is a more aggressive plan for those interested in a challenge and in achieving maximum results, and for those who can follow a strciter eating plan. This is NOT meant to be a lifestyle, but rather a way to use food to help you shed weight quickly.

With the Lean-in-13 plan, you will use your AdvoCare products and then apply a "zig zag" eating plan that was designed by a registered dietitian and elite personal trainer. In simple terms, this means you will rotate between "Burn Days" (NO Carbohydrates or Fruit - only Protein,Vegetables and Healthy Fats) and "Refuel Days" (Carbohydrates and Fruit are incorporated back in).*
